Your order will be shipped within 2-4 days of purchase - you will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.
We are a small company and we rely on our delivery company to deliver our products to you safely and securely. However, sometimes somewhere something can go wrong. If this is the case please email us at hello@zoedepass.com and we will work with you to find a solution asap.

Duties & Taxes
Zoedepass Eyewear does NOT handle international duties and taxes. You will need to contact DHL/DPD to pay for any duties and taxes upon taking delivery. Please note, we cannot control or estimate these charges.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, within 28 days and in original saleable conditions. Items must be returned in the same condition as they arrived and you the buyer us responsible for the returned postage costs.
We hope there will be no need, but of course if you need to return or exchange them please print and complete our returns form:

Please post your goods back to us within 28 days including your name and order number within the parcel.
All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded or tracked service.
If you would like to exchange an item please email hello@zoedepass.com so we can check availability for you.
