What's your name and where do you come from?

I live in Brighton now, but I actually grew up in Devon & Cornwall—I love being by the sea. I spent my 20s living (and partying) in London, but I moved down here nearly 15 years ago, and I’ve never looked back. Brighton’s got the perfect mix of sea, music, creativity, and good vibes and also the best community. I love calling it home.

The wellness world can be a bit overwhelming, right? There are so many supplements out there, and when it comes to functional mushrooms, it’s hard to know what to take, when to take it, and if it’ll actually do anything. That’s exactly why I created Mama Shrooms, if you’re curious about functional mushrooms, Mams Shrooms will make things simple, effective, and stress-free.

I wanted something powerful but easy—so I made Day & Night capsules that are super potent. You only need one in the morning and one at night. No faff, no mixing powders, no complicated routines—just an effortless way to boost energy, balance hormones, improve sleep, and support overall wellness.

But Mama Shrooms isn’t just about the supplements—it’s about community, learning, and sharing. I’ve spent years researching functional mushrooms, and I love passing that knowledge on. Describe your perfect sunny day - where would you spend it and who would you be with.

Honestly, my perfect sunny day would have to be dancing in a field at a festival, just daytime partying with my friends and family, listening to the best music, and soaking up the vibes.

It would 100% include all the tunes (because you know how much I love my music), all my favourite people (including you, Zoë), and of course, we’d all be dressed up in sparkly sequins, just having the best time. Nothing beats that feeling of being out in the sun, surrounded by love, music, and pure joy.

That’s the dream—good vibes, great people, and dancing like no one’s watching.
