Frequently asked questions

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 days of purchase - you will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

We use DPD to send out orders. More information on shipping can be found at the checkout.

Unfortunately due to the current customs tariffs and Brexit complications we are pausing our International Shipping. 

If you would like us to ship something to you outside of the UK then please get in touch with us directly at hello@zoedepass.com so we can try and find the best way to arrange it. Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause. 

We are a small company and we rely on our delivery company to deliver our products to you safely and securely. However, sometimes somewhere something can go wrong. If this is the case please email us at hello@zoedepass.com and we will work with you to find a solution asap. 

You have 30 days to return an item if it doesn’t fit or you are unhappy with it. Items must be returned in the same condition as they arrived and you the buyer us responsible for the returned postage costs.

We hope there will be no need, but of course if you need to return or exchange them please either email hello@zoedepass.com or print and complete our returns form and post to PO Box 5483, Hove, BN52 9JL within 28 days and we will arrange it ASAP.

Please post your goods back to us within 30 days including your name and order number within the parcel.

The items must be sent back unworn or unused, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.

All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded or tracked service. 

If you would like to exchange an item please email hello@zoedepass.com so we can check availability for you.

If you need to cancel your order please contact hello@zoedepass.com ASAP and we will do this for you.

If you have a question about your order please email hello@zoedepass.com. We'll do our best to get back to you asap. We try to answer all emails and social media enquiries within 24 hours, but as working parents sometimes it can take a bit longer so thanks for your patience.
