  • We are a small company and we rely on our delivery company to deliver our products to you safely and securely. However, sometimes somewhere something can go wrong. If this is the case please email us at hello@zoedepass.com and we will work with you to find a solution asap. 

    Duties & Taxes

    Zoedepass Eyewear does NOT handle international duties and taxes. You will need to contact DHL/DPD to pay for any duties and taxes upon taking delivery. Please note, we cannot control or estimate these charges. 

    Refused Orders

    Please contact us before refusing an order at hello@zoedepass.com. We will be unable to refund you until the package is received back at our warehouse and could result in additional delays. If an order is refused due to unexpected additional fees, Zoedepass Eyewear reserves the right to charge for shipping costs both ways, as well as any additional fee that might occur.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied  with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, within 28 days and in original saleable conditions. Items must be returned in the same condition as they arrived and you the buyer us responsible for the returned postage costs.

    We hope there will be no need, but of course if you need to return or exchange them please complete a returns form or include a note with your name and order number and post to:

    Please post your goods back to us within 28 days including your name and order number within the parcel.

    All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded or tracked service. 

    If you would like to exchange an item please email hello@zoedepass.com so we can check availability for you.

    If you need to cancel your order please contact hello@zoedepass.com ASAP and we will do this for you.
